Since its founding, PE Solution has established itself as a psychological consulting firm specializing in personnel, team, and organizational development. With the goal of helping people find joy in their work and making organizations successful, PE Solution stands for sustainable, innovative, and solution-oriented consulting.

1989–1995: Getting to know each other
Dr. Andreas Selck, Carolin Weise, and Jürgen Weiß met while studying psychology at TU Braunschweig. Andreas and Lars Ahrendt became friends through university sports and, a few years later, started a shared apartment. “Get to know each other well!” – a principle that remains central to the way we work together at PE Solution.
2000: PE Solution comes to life
2001–2003: Trying out ourselves and learn together
2004: The partnership is created

2005–2010: Many more ideas, great people and many projects
he client base, with ongoing projects of varying sizes, continues to grow and thrive. New ideas are constantly being tested and shaping the collaboration: initial virtual assessment centers, collaboration in subject-specific groups (“units”), joint intervisions (“ReflACTION Days”), multi-day team events, and, not to be forgotten, the legendary PE Solution Parties.
2011: Move to Braunschweig and expanded management
2012: ReflACTION® is developed into a private label
PE Solution is strengthening its expertise in management diagnostics and leadership development. The Braunschweig office team is being reorganized.
2013–2017: Implement major projects and build a new core team
We won a legal dispute over bogus self-employment, but this decision was the deciding factor in our decision to work primarily with permanent consultants from now on. A trusted core team is emerging: committed, supportive, innovative, and also very successful financially.

2018–2022: Essentials under scrutiny and realignment
Finally, Andreas and Lars acquired full ownership by purchasing shares from Carolin and Jürgen.
2023–2024: The Joy of Working...
The new slogan, “So that people enjoy working,” provides guidance. The core team is realigning. Through trusting collaboration, confidence in successful change grows. Old friendships are revived, and new collaborations are forged.
A “PE Solution Compass” provides guidance for our shared direction. Our internal mission statement, the use of digital tools, and AI strengthen our service quality and set new standards in personnel, team, and organizational development.
2025: PE Solution celebrates 25 years of effective consulting!

Around 20 percent of our orders come from new customers. Our broad customer base includes both large corporations and medium-sized businesses.
