My Approach to Consulting

My trainings focus on fostering sustainable development for participants. I build on the strengths and resources already present within the group and develop them further together with the participants. By using a mix of engaging methods, I address individual needs and create an open, constructive atmosphere where learning is enjoyable.

To ensure that participants can apply what they have learned in their daily work, I design my trainings to be highly practice-oriented and work with real-life cases that reflect their professional context. Through targeted facilitation and coaching-based approaches, I support participants in developing their own solutions.
