I view emotional thinking as a powerful tool for solving problems, generating creative ideas, and working and consulting in a resource-oriented manner. I am fascinated by the idea that all thoughts and emotions that arise within an individual or a team – whether they appear positive or initially challenging – represent valuable resources that contribute to an organization’s success.
