My Approach to Consulting
I work with diverse change processes across social, manufacturing, and administrative organizations. For me, an effective consulting process involves both identifying and sustainably developing the strengths, resources, and potential of participants, as well as collaboratively finding solutions, creating sustainable strategies, and implementing them successfully.
It is important that the tools and methods used are tailored to the situation and goals of the people and organizations involved. They should empower decision-making and action, provide clarity, and open new perspectives. My aim is to generate successful, opportunity-oriented progress for individuals, organizations, and projects.
