The need may also arise when teams, tasks, and responsibilities are newly formed or changing, or when conflicts hinder cooperation. How does our team development achieve results?
Every team development initiative is carried out in close collaboration with the client.
The focus of the team development is defined through conversations between the team manager and the consultant, as well as between team members and the consultant. The varied individual answers to the question, “What defines our team (hopefully soon)?” serve as the starting point for both content and methodology.
Ideally, a team day begins in the evening and concludes with a shared lunch the following day. During this time, team members define clear next steps toward their desired vision and make concrete mutual commitments. Our ReflACTION® tools help each participant keep the shared goals and agreements visible in daily practice. Progress and experiences are reviewed together in a follow-up session.
We deliberately avoid overloading the workshop with complex methods or numerous “group-dynamic exercises.” Instead, we focus on the team’s current situation and challenges, addressing them directly.
