How does our leadership feedback create impact?

A leadership feedback process conducted by us is built on several key pillars. Clarifying objectives and defining a competency profile form the foundation. An online survey has proven effective for gathering data, from which a report for the feedback recipient is generated. In a subsequent consultation with PE Solution, the results are discussed, and focus areas for the follow-up workshop are identified. The workshop, moderated by us, brings together the leader and the feedback providers. Its goal is to create a space for discussing the results and to establish agreements that support the desired development. Optionally, a follow-up consultation can take place a few months later to review progress in the change process.

At the start of such a project, it is important to clearly define roles and responsibilities and to assemble a capable team of internal and external stakeholders to manage the overall process. Whether 180°, 270°, or 360° feedback — together with us, you decide who will act as feedback recipients and providers.

Once a rough timeline has been agreed upon, we move to gathering the requirements for your leaders, which form the basis for the online survey. In this phase, you benefit from our extensive experience in management diagnostics, enabling us to formulate clear questions based on competency models or leadership guidelines and to apply an appropriate scaling. The technical implementation of the survey and the subsequent report generation are handled internally and follow current data security regulations.

For consultations and workshops, we provide experienced facilitators who encourage leaders to engage with their personal learning areas and recognize their individual resources. Using our psychological expertise and a broad methodological repertoire, we constructively foster a respectful approach and a results-oriented process.
