With our development programs, we offer the classic among personnel development measures in a unique and modern form. Systematically attracting, retaining, and deploying employees according to their strengths has become essential for organizations. Effective development programs play a decisive role here, ensuring that what is learned reliably translates into practice.

How do our development programs foster growth and effectiveness?

Every development program is tailored in close cooperation with the client and designed for the specific target group. Standard programs do not exist with us – we build on your needs, the learning fields of the participants, and the leadership principles of your organization. We see participants as drivers of their own development, with a strong focus on self-responsibility, self-direction, and the joy of learning.

Typically, a program runs over nine months to two years. Fixed cross-functional groups create a foundation of trust that enables self-reflection and experimentation. The personal starting point is defined in a “Check-In,” through conversations between participants, their managers, and trainers. Across several modules – usually four to six – we address the perspectives of (self-)leadership, people management, team leadership, system leadership, and change management. A variety of methods for knowledge transfer and behavioral training are combined with mindset work and the strengthening of self-regulation, while participants’ real-life challenges and cases are directly integrated.

In addition to in-person modules, we provide remote training sessions, (remote) coaching, and instructional videos. Learning nuggets, project work, experiential activities, and networking via virtual platforms (e.g. MS Teams) strengthen both self-responsibility and collaboration within the learning community. Programs conclude with a “Check-Out” between participant and trainer, with a strong emphasis on transfer throughout the process. Participants define individual transfer tasks and next steps towards their development goals, commit to one another, and reflect on results in their “Learning Journal,” in learning partnerships, peer meet-ups, or follow-up sessions.

We also actively involve participants’ managers in the transfer process. They are trained in their role and supported through clear arrangements for continuous dialogue and active engagement.
