My consulting approach

For me, the central point of any change process—whether organisational or personal—is the human being: How does a person understand themselves, their thoughts, and their actions? What are their core concerns? Too often, I see individuals, teams, or even entire organisations rushing to find solutions to a problem that has not yet been fully understood at its core.
My approach to counselling is based on uncovering and understanding the issue behind the issue. Only by doing so can I provide professional guidance and offer competent advice.
Effective impulses for development and performance stem from a clear attitude and strong positioning as a leader.
