Coaching

This individual form of professional development is aimed at unfolding personal potential and sustainably strengthening each person’s competence in work and life. We know we are effective when our coaching helps people act with greater awareness and focus, and when they begin to experience their work as increasingly effective, innovative, and personally enriching. The goal is to identify helpful and realistic starting points for such structural and personal changes in a trusting collaboration with the coach and to bring them to life in the day-to-day operations of the company.

There are many reasons to seek coaching: facing new, challenging, or conflict-ridden situations; feeling misaligned with a changing corporate culture; experiencing overload; undergoing personal reorientation; or wanting to develop further and work on specific learning areas.

How does our coaching become effective?

Each coaching engagement is carried out in close coordination with the client. The personal focus is established in an initial, intensive “check-in” conversation between coach and coachee, and, if needed, with the involvement of the supervisor. The individually very different answers to the question, “What defines me (hopefully soon)?” form the starting points for the collaboration. In this process, the coachee defines clear next steps toward their goal and makes concrete commitments to follow through.

Our ReflACTION® tools help them keep their goals in daily focus. All experiences are reflected upon together in each follow-up session. The process concludes with a practical transfer discussion between coachee and coach, optionally including the supervisor.

Being “consciously effective” is at the center from the very beginning. By guiding the coachee’s attention back to their personal goals through self-reflection, energy is concentrated and sustainable development is enabled. This focus is achieved through a variety of interventions that provide impulses and open new perspectives. Our approach is grounded not only in years of experience and expertise but also in insights from neuroleadership, mindfulness research, and positive psychology. In addition to the traditional role of coach, we also act as advisor, trainer, or teacher when the coaching goals require it.
