25 years of PE Solution – our history
Since our foundation in 2000, we have been supporting companies in personnel, team and organizational development. Our goal has always been to help people enjoy their work and make organizations successful. Our milestones at a glance:
2000-2004
Foundation & first successes: PE Solution arises from a shared vision and establishes itself as Psychological Management Consulting.
2005-2012
Growth & new formats: Expansion, first major projects and the introduction of the ReflACTION® method as a protected brand.
2013-2017
Transformation & professionalization: Focus on large-scale suitability diagnostics projects, leadership development and a permanent team of consultants.
2018–2024
Realignment & digitalization: Introduction of new consulting formats, digital transformation and the development of the PE Solution Compass as a strategic orientation.
2025
