My consulting approach

In my work, I value using my psychological know-how to the benefit of my clients. In doing so, I have specialised in a scientific approach. This means that I use these criteria to select, implement and newly design content and methods so that they are reliably effective in projects. I build relationships by demonstrating an appreciative attitude and curiosity, which offers others the opportunity to open up, reflect and develop. In doing so, I am driven to gain conscious awareness of the improvement potential of individuals, teams and organisations, and to follow it up over the long term.
