This Data Protection Declaration is founded on the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) https://dsgvo-gesetz.de of 05/25/2018.

Purpose

PE-Solution is a psychological management consultancy. We advise, coach and train businesses as well as individuals in the area of personal development. PE-Solution collects, processes and uses personal data solely in order to complete its work. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.

We do not share your data and handle it in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. When you use this website some personal data is collected. Personal data is data by which you can be identified. This data protection declaration sets out which data we collect, and how we use it. It also sets out how and to what end this happens.

We hereby advise that sending data via the Internet (e.g. sending messages by email) carries some security risks. It is not possible to fully protect data from access by third parties.

Personal data collection

PE-Solution collects personal data when we contact potential clients, existing clients and service providers, and for applications, e.g. quotes, contracts, consulting activities, advertising activities, and technical support. They are collected during exchanges and may contain the identity, contact and financial data that is collected when you complete forms or contact us by post, phone, email or through chats or on social media.

You provide us with personal data when you interact with us in the following ways:

Your personal data is only processed and used in order to fulfil a contractual relationship and carry out the services associated with it, such as the sharing of product relevant information and the implementation of statutory requirements.

Stored data is not used to create user profiles. When you actively sign up to our newsletter we use your email address for our own promotional purposes until you unregister from our newsletter. You can unregister at any time using the address shown on the website.

Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically shares with us. These are:

This data is not collated with data from other sources.

Security

We use appropriate security measures to protect all personal data in order to avoid accidental loss or unauthorised access and misuse. Physical access to our data stores is secured through an encrypted security system that includes comprehensive IT security, a locking system, identity controls and access controls. Our security measures’ technical features and organisation are regularly tested and improved by our Data Protection Officer. Please find the contact data below.

Duration of the retention period

We will delete continuance data and bank data twelve months after the end of our contractual relationship, so long as there are is no legal requirement to store the data. In accordance with the law, connection details are deleted after 6 months and traffic data are deleted after 3 months. In the event that an appeal is made against a demand for payment, data will be retained for longer in order to examine the claim. You have the option to ask us to store data for longer until further notice.

Right of appeal to the competent authority

In the event of violations to data protection law, the person concerned has the right to appeal to the competent authority. The competent authority for data protection regulation is the protection officer for the federal state in which we are based.
